Welcome to RoomsXPro, A Global B2B Hotel Reservation and Travel Platform Services platform operated by RoomsXPro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, portal, API, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

 

1. Business Nature 

RoomsXPro is a B2B travel booking platform. Our services are available only to registered travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients. We do not provide services directly to end consumers. 

2. Account Registration 

To use RoomsXPro, you must: 

• Be a legally registered business 

• Provide accurate company, contact, and billing details 

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the system. 

 

3. Bookings & Confirmation 

All hotel and travel bookings made through RoomsXPro are subject to: 

• Availability 

• Supplier rules 

• Rate changes 

• Cancellation and no-show policies 

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from RoomsXPro. 

 

4. Pricing & Payments 

• Prices displayed are net B2B rates unless stated otherwise 

• All payments must be made within the agreed credit or prepayment terms 

• RoomsXPro reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received on time 

Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or taxes are borne by the agent. 

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds 

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the hotel or supplier. 

RoomsXPro will follow the supplier’s rules and will not be responsible for non-refundable bookings. 

 

6. Responsibilities of Agents 

You agree to: 

• Provide correct guest details 

• Inform customers of hotel rules 

• Handle customer communication and disputes 

• Not misuse rates or sell rooms below agreed terms 

RoomsXPro is not responsible for disputes between the agent and the end customer. 

 

7. Limitation of Liability 

RoomsXPro acts only as an intermediary between the agent and the hotel/supplier. 

We are not responsible for: 

• Hotel service quality 

• Overbooking 

• Force majeure 

• Supplier failures 

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount received for the booking. 

 

8. Account Suspension 

We may suspend or terminate your account for: 

• Fraud 

• Non-payment 

• Policy violations 

• Misuse of rates or system 

 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by applicable business laws in the jurisdictions where RoomsXPro operates Bahrain & India.
